Insurance Info
Most private insurance is accepted, including: BCBS, Allegiance, EBMS, First Choice Health, Medicaid,  and Pacific Source. If your insurance provider is not listed, please inquire. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, flex medical account, or employee benefit plan. If you have a copay, it will be due at the time of service. Cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards accepted for payment. 
Cancellation Policy: If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full or partial cost of the session. Please contact us ASAP to cancel or reschedule.
